Q: Is Vacation with the Magic a travel agency?

A: Yes, Vacation with the Magic, LLC is a full-service, award-winning travel agency. We are accredited with Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) and recognized by Disney as a GOLD EarMarked, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planning travel agency.

Q: Do I have to pay for my Vacation, in full, up front?

A: This largely depends on your vacation package and the requirements of our travel vendors/suppliers. We will notify you, upfront, of the conditions when returning your quote. *Vacations booked with Disney or Universal require only a deposit placed at the time of booking depending on how close you are to your departure date. Vacation with the Magic can also arrange a no-fee payment plan with full payment due per vendors’ policy.

Q: Do you guarantee the lowest price?

A: We provide price-matching were available to assist you in getting the lowest possible price. However, we are unable to guarantee the lowest price since our vendors/suppliers can change their terms for special sales and other reasons outside of our control unless paid in full. We monitor all travel packages for specials and will apply them to save you money,

Q: Are you an approved Disney vacation planner?

A: Yes, our agency is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner travel agency, and all of our Advisors have graduated from the College of Disney Knowledge; each has earned the distinction of Certified Specialist in planning Disney vacations.

Q: Do you book more than just Disney Vacations?

A: Yes, we are a full-service travel agency. If you’re so inclined to visit the dark side, we work with many vendors. Universal Orlando, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, Sandals & Beaches Resorts, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Delta Vacations are a few. We also book hotels, rental cars, rail, air, and almost all of our bookings will be covered by travel protection insurance unless you decline at your own risk. All of our Advisors are graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge. They have completed the Universal Orlando Specialist program, SeaWorld Specialist program, Elite Island Resort Specialist program, Sandals and Beaches Resorts Specialist program, and many other vendors and destination-specific education programs. Education is always ongoing with online webinars, in-person classes, and familiarization trips.

Q: Are your services free?

A: Yes, Vacation with the Magic does not charge you a fee for our services, providing your vacation package is booked with our company. Unless your booking services beyond our vendor’s packages such as a “Pet Passport” to take your service dog along with you out of the United States, there are no additional fees. We do get this question a lot, mainly because our clients have been so completely satisfied that they can’t believe it is free, but believe it; our services are 100% free to you!

Q: Do you offer travel discounts?

A: While we do our best to get you the lowest possible price on the Vacation of your dreams, we are not a discount travel site. Whether you book through us, through another agency, or direct through our venders, your price is likely to be the same (Apples to Apples). However, we will often suggest (too flexible travelers) alternate travel dates help you save money. Additionally, we work with each of our clients to create the best Vacation for you based on your budget. We will price-match (where available) should you find a later promotion on your booked Vacation. A discount travel agency does not offer these services. This service is provided FREE by Vacation with the Magic. Should a discount promotion become available with Disney, or any of our other vendors, we endeavor to secure the lower pricing on your behalf, AUTOMATICALLY!

Q: I have already booked my Vacation. Is it too late to use your agency?

A: This depends on the vacation supplier, although most booked vacations are transferable providing if booked within 30 days, and only a deposit is paid; it does depend on the vendor’s policy. For details regarding the transfer of a package, please contact our Magic Planner and we will be happy to help you with a qualified vacation transfer.

Q: What if I need to cancel my Vacation?

A: While we completely understand what a disappointment it is to cancel a dream vacation (or any travel plans), we sympathize when “Life Happens.” We can assist you with canceling your vacation plans; however, our vendors may have different policies regarding fees for cancellations. All of the information regarding cancellation fees are presented to you before booking your vacation package just in case such an occasion were to arise.

Q: Can I join Vacation with the Magic fantastic team of Advisors?

A: Yes! We do look for qualified individuals that have a love of family-friendly travel, have been to at least one of our most sold destinations over five times in the past five years, and have a lot of self-motivation. Adding Advisors costs us money (not you); therefore, we are strictly looking for those with either past travel experience, sales experience, or motivation to learn. We are not looking for hobbyists.
